Kristana Rogers is an education consultant at RTI International with over 23 years of experience in K-12 education. She worked as a strategic and innovative school based and district level administrator to support large-scale, sustainable change and positive student outcomes. Rogers provides support to districts, principals, and teachers in adopting evidence-based instructional practices aligned to schools’ visions and missions. She also designs and facilitates professional learning that focuses on leadership development; science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM); and project-based learning and social-emotional learning (SEL). She partners with schools and districts to facilitate a team-based approach to identify systemic challenges and develop viable solutions.
